Ross Omari began his pursuit of the American Dream at the young age of 17 as a dishwasher. Using his keen skills of observation, he noticed an opportunity. With diligence and hard work he earned the chance to begin his quest to break into the world of business ownership. Taking small calculated steps, focused continually on going above and beyond, in 2009 he started SAFECO and it has grown into a very successful business located in several states. Now, many years later, Safeco is poised to continue to grow and excel in this industry.

Ross
Omari

Founder/President

Arrived to the United States in 2001. He began his valet career working in the hotel and nighttime entertainment industry in Hollywood. Safeco Parking was started shortly thereafter in 2010. Soon the Transportation Division made its successful debut followed in 2015 by the opening of the Security Division. From there, Safeco expanded to several different states. Today he is proud of his over 19 years of experience in customer service. As a result of that experience, Ross fully comprehends the value of leadership in establishing the core elements of a successful services company performing at the AAA Four Diamond level.

 

Hamed
Alfadhiel

Vice President

He moved to the USA from Saudi Arabia in 2000. His first job was Valet parking at Fashion Island Newport Beach with a parking company. He moved up with the company and then joined Safeco in 2009. He gained a great amount of Valet experience in Orange County at many hotels and fine dining restaurants. He has a firm grasp on the aspects of Four Diamond service and makes sure that his team is consistently focused on those requirements.

General Manager

With over 10 years of experience working in hospitality and hotel management at various 5-star hotels in Dubai. Hazem came to the states in 2013 to join Ross in business with Safeco Parking.

Anthony
Rojas

Area manager

Anthony worked in valet services in San Diego for over 10 years. He joined the company in 2013 in San Diego where he managed parking for 3 hotels with 47 employees with our Valet and Bell Operation. His hard work greatly increased our parking revenue and service scores. In 2015, he moved to Las Vegas to start our operation at Desert Blue managing Valet, Bell, and Shuttle services. After putting everything together there he moved to San Antonio, TX to help start Wyndham La Cascada’s Valet and Bell operation. In 2018, he moved back to San Diego to help with all Orange County and San Diego accounts.

Eddie
Phabmixay

Account Manager

Joined Safeco in 2016 and manages our Valet and Bell operation in Las Vegas, overseeing 4000 parking spaces and 42 employees at Wyndham Desert Blue and Grand Desert resorts. Eddie also manages our Bell team and Training for all staff to deliver best in class service. He worked at the Grand Casino in Las Vegas as Valet manager for 6 years before joining our team.

Steve
McMillen

Transportation Account Manager

Steve joined the company in 2015 to manage our transportation division. He is in charge of 23 drivers, 14 shuttle buses, 3 Sprinter and 2 Cadillac Escalades. We transport an average of 900 guests a day. He makes sure all maintenance is done for the vehicles and that they fully comply with all safety standards, schedules drivers and makes sure all drivers and vehicles records are available for NTA inspection.

Russell

Account Manager

Eric is located in Texas, where he has worked in valet and security in San Antonio for 7 years. He joined our company in 2016 and manages 432 parking spaces and 32 employees for Valet and Bell services. He believes hands on leadership is the best way to coach his team for providing consistently excellent service.
